REVIEW: Haunt Couture Fashion

Hiii Blogmonsters,

here is Clawdeen Wolf with a new blogspot!

Yes, Calaminthe did it, for us!

She ordered two Fashion Pieces from HauntCoutureAtelier!

And after a eternity, so it seemed, we got them!

This wasn't of course HauntCoutureAtelier's fault, it had to do with the customs dues mainly, what is a pity, because this way for us it is too expensive to order more of them.

And we so want to have more, because HauntCoutureAtelier is a shop where we cannot stop flipping through the pages and look at what they designed.

Before I start to review:

The clothes I am wearing on thew picture above and also on the next one are NOT made by HauntCoutureAtelier. They are my own poor quality.

Also, with Calaminthes cat Percy, we had a photo bomber... well.

Okay, let's start. First, who is HauntCoutureAtelier?

They are a clawsome doll clothes designer shop you will find on Etsy. You want a link?

Yes, here it is, but with following the links I will post today you will leave Calaminthe's Pages and agree in the terms and conditions of Etsy and HauntCoutureAtelier.

Here it is:

And this is what Calaminthe ordered for two of us:

and

And. They. Are. FANGTASTIC!!!

Here are both, right after we got them:

Percy's paw is not part of what we got, but we got the two fashions and also a tiny flyer of the shop.

HauntCoutureAtelier doesn't just do Monster High Fashion in different doll sizes. You can find stunning Clothes also for Ever After High, Wild Hearts Crew, Fashion Royality and Barbie.

It defineteley is worth more then just a look.

And one thing we found out at once is:

The quality of this fashion is amazing!

Well, let's start with "LBD"

LBD in the shop originally is shown on Spectra Vondergeist, but Calaminthe ordered it for me.

It has two fashion parts that work as single pieces as well as together.

Here is part one which is a halterless black stretch dress which perfectly fits and looks clawsome as the "little black dress" as a single.

I easily can slip into it by pulling it up from the bottom.

(Jewellery isn't part of the dress).

Also part of it is a three layered black mesh skirt which makes the dress look stunning and standing out.

The skirt is closed with a press button and has a black satin sewn on belt. It also will look great on top of other HauntCoutureAtelier Fashion, like catsuits (they have clawsome catsuits in different colours as well!) or other pieces.

Here I am wearing it together with the black and gold scarf that is part of Bohogyptian, but it looks great with my LBD dress as well.

The scarf is cut as a triangle and made from fishnet material.

And the perfect connention to the second dress Calaminthe ordered, for Cleo:

BOHOGYPTIAN

This dress originally had been shown on Cleo's big sister Nefera and had a bigger size, but Calaminthe decided to order it for Cleo because Cleo and I are the most active dolls on Calaminthe's Clawdeen & Fashiondoll Friends.

It has four parts.

Two of them you can see on this picture:

Part one is a golden braided headband which is, I think, a must-have for the deNiles.

Part two is a stunning dress which, as my own, perfectly works as a single.

The front of the dress is black with a golden floral design pattern and with an elaborate collar made from golden edge.

The back of the dress is plain black stretchy material which makes it easy to slip the dress onto your doll. The edge part has a press button closure.

Part three is a skirt overlayer made from golden pleather material which is "just" frings - THE piece to make Bohogyption so outstanding in design! As my own overlayer skirt you can of course pair this piece as well with other HCA outfits, like for example my black dress.

And here - after Cleo changed hairstyle and make-up - is the whole combination completed with the scarf and how Cleo it will wear when going to wild partys.

I hope you liked todays review.

It is time to say goodbye for today and wish you, as always,

a fangtastic weekend and a clawsome week!

CRAFTED: Summer Dresses For MH, Lammily And Francie

Hello Blogspotters,

My name is Jinafire, and here is a new Saturday Blogspot!

Yes, good news, we are online again.

Calaminthe has a new Computer, but it has the image of the old one and also the old graphic board, so we don't trust the whole thing completeley, but for now, we are back.

We are of course lacking far behind with what we wanted to post and to show you this summer. There are clothes we made and we bought, new dolls, furniture and more. And we still want to save all of the reviews from the old blog and make new versions of those on this one.

Calaminthe doesn't have as much time as she had in earlier times, but we will try and do everything we want and still be kind of up-to-date with our postings.

While the blog had been offline, Clawdeen posted some of the stuff, like new Barbie Fashion and also some other things, on her Facebook site, and this is what we will still do with smaller news, and maybe also with self made fashion in future, because we are not sure if we will always be able to finish like five pieces right in time for the seasons.

But yes. We ARE back online, and we have a LOT of stuff we want to share with you.

Today, it will be self made summer fashion.

I designed my own dress myself, but there are some pieces that are not for Monster High dolls also - as the headline of this blogshot may have told you already.

Let's start!

Clawdeen and I were all into the simple T-Shirt dresses this summer with a personal touch for the ghoul who gets one.

I designed mine myself, of course. It is purple and made from upcycled T-Shirt material and has an assymetric pattern and of course a hole for the tail in the back so I can wear it.

The seams are lined with red yarn and I sewed on a chinese knot from a broken home accessorie to give it my personal touch. Also I designed a pair of lantern shaped bead eaarings as accessorie.

For Luna, it is a T-Shirt dress in black because she loves this colour so much - of course also from upcycled material. Her dress is symmetric and the seams are silver. Also at the bottom, the dress has silver frings.

To go with the dress Luna is wearing a pair of (faux) MH or EAH black gladiators and also a pair of yellow moth bead (or maybe those are butterflies) earrings.

Here is Alivia wearing her first self made outfit which is a very cute orange-red summer dress with bib and red buttons over a striped top. Also she has a pair of self made flipflops, but those came out quite big. But they match the summer lok perfectly.

This is Francie Roberts.

She is a replique of Barbie dolls cousin from the mod era.

You still can find dresses that are made for her if you search after them.
Francie decided to sew a new dress for herself though that perfectly matches the era she belongs to, the 60es and 70es.

The dress has a simple pattern but lives from the flower design on the fabric - also upcycled original 70es material that had been a little piece from a cushion from back then.

And this is Elea (Lammily Photographer doll) who also designed a new summer dress for herself this year plus accessories.

The dress again is quite simple and looks just great because of the chosen material, which is Africa inspired. From the same material Elea also made a headscarf that holds back her curly hair. Around her wrist she has wrapped a bit from a broken hair accessorie of Calaminthe which is perfect for doll bracelets.

Here are aghain all five dresses on a group shot. From the left to the right:
Elea, Luna, Alivia, Francie and me (Jinafire).

And this means, for today we are at the end of the blogspot.

Goodbye for today, have a furricious weekend and a fiery week,

REVIEW: Steffi Love: Glitter Princess, 2 Fashionpacks

Good Day Blogreaders,

today, it is Review time again. We are all sorry that at the moment, most of the blogposts are Reviews, but it is indeed fact that there are a lot of new dolls (and fashions, and more) waiting to be reviewed soon.

We are trying to post as often as we can, but Calaminthe and we don't always have the time to blog, so please excuse us for that.

Nevertheless, we want to present you a colourful mixture of Brands, dolls and fashion.

There had been posted two Steffi Love reviews earlier in the old blog, we will safe them as soon as we can.

And, since we saw that you are not THAT interested in us Steffi Love dolls, I am (so far) the last one being reviewed for a long time.

Calaminthe gave me a new name, I am now called Constanze - a wothy princess name, I think, but originally you can get me in the stores as:

STEFFI LOVE GLITTER PRINCESS

Here I am still in my box, a blister box with cardboard bottom and backside.

On the front, you can find my name Logo and a blue heart that tells you I am the Glitter Princess on a pink background with sparkly stars.

The back of the box mainly is blue with sparkles and pink stars, and there is a pink heart that sais agsin Glitter Princess. There is also a full body photography and a portrait that shows you that I come with hair accessories.

On the bottom of the box you will find firm information.

Picture Nr 3 shows the bottom of my box where you find more information that usually just is interesting for parents.

I show you this because, in this case, you also find my serial number on the right - you find it together with my doll height.

What Calaminthe liked when opening up my box was this piece of paper, that shows you how to free your Steffi Love doll from the packaging without damaging her in different languages.

Here am I still on my display.

My head is bedded on a piece of plastic that holds it in place, and my body is pinned on a blue background with sparkles, hearts and stars in pink.

Next to me you also will find a doll brush and two hair accessories.

Here is how I look when freed from the box. Yes, I am a princess, but my body has the basic points of articulation which are movements at my neck, hips and shoulders.

I am a blonde european with long hair that also has one pink streak - my rebel side. It isn't often that princesses are allowed to have coloured streaks in their hair, but I do.

I like to comb and style my hair, and because of this, I come with a glittery pink doll brush and two pink hair accessories.

One of them has the shape of two stars and the other one looks like a framed pink heart shaped jewel.

Here I am wearing both of the accessories in my hair. Yo see that they look big on me, like a statement.

But of course I will borrow them to you whenever you want to put them in your own hair.

On my head, I also am wearing a pink filigrane coronet and my favourite other accessorie is a pink pearl necklace with a big heart.

My blue eyes have pink eye shadow and silver highlighter, my cheeks have pink blush and I have an open smile with pink lipstick.

I am wearing a long dress that has a silver lourex corsage top with short powder pink puffed sleeves. The skirt part has a photoprint that shows sparkles. It fades from hot pink in the bottom to silver at the top and also has printed on glittery silver stars.

The back of the skirt is plain hot pink satin. You can open and close the dress with velcro.

Under the dress I am hiding these nice pink shoes with high heels and an ankle.

This is the end of todays doll review, but stop - there is more!

Because I am a princess, there are many occasions I have to go on, arrivals and balls and the like. So of course I need more gowns then just one.

This is one of them, and it belongs to the Steffi Love GLAMOUR collection.

It is the same dress that is shown on the cute artwork at the bottom of the blister pack.

This time you find the serial at the back of the box. And yes, this dress, like all of the other Steffi Love Fashion Packs, will fit most of the 11 1/2 " dolls, like Barbie and others that size.

The gown has a pink skirt with glittery red and silver roses printed on. Be careful - the glitter usually will be everywhere when you play with it. And since it is just printed on it could of course go away completeley when the dress is washed.

Around the hip, it has a big sew on silver bow.

The top part is plain pink and has three straps.

You also will find a cute little pink evening handbag that cannot be opened.

Speaking of the three shoulder straps.

Don't get me wrong. Steffi Love dresses, as I found out, usually have a good quality and are properly sewn.

There are four straps here, the ones on my right shoulder (left for you) niceley work.

I had bad luck with the one on my other shoulder. The small one fits perfectly, but the big one that has been meant as an assymetric accent - you can get a hint from looking onto the pack artwork - doesn't work.

Maybe it is just MY dress and not every dress like this has the same problem... but I guess I have to give it to one of our doll tailors (there are some MH dolls and also some others who like to sew) and alter this so it looks right.

Also part of this GLAMOUR Fashion pack is a pair of pink pumps with bow and heart detail.

Here is another dress for Steffi Love dolls, and this time it belongs to the GLAM PARTY Collection.

Here is the serial again.

When opening up the blister pack, you will find a pink and purple party dress, a pair of pink pumps again - they are the same as shown above in the Glamour Fashion pack so I don't show them again in detail - and a pink purse with purple straps and purple button detail at the front.

Oh, and a powder pink scarf is also part of the fashion pack. Be careful when freeing it from the background, use scissors for the pins that hold it, otherwise there could be holes in the scarf!

The purse can be opened and the strap is also a part that can be moved.

Here you can see how the dress looks like on SWAP Steffi. In this picture she is wearing the scarf over her shoulders.

And on this picture she wears it as the scarf around her neck. The scarfs mesh material is a little bit stiff, so here it looks like the wind would lift it up a bit.

And this had been the last photography for today.

I hope you liked our reviews and look back next week for another blogspot, or maybe earlier?

Goodbye,

have a fantastic weekend and a great week,

💗💗💗

Princess Constanze!
